This article is really just a reminder for you to see that which you are made of is beyond all of the challenges that you meet in your day-to-day lives. You are an energy force, beyond all your thoughts and actions. Even in stillness you are an energetic force and that energy is fluid and all pervasive. It is only natural that once we let go of the layers of limiting definitions with which we bind ourselves, the “flow” will move through us in ways we’ve yet to fully understand. It is here that we gain access to this wealth of understanding that drastically impacts how we move through the world.
